Oh Hail to the Engineer
8:12 PM
I don't like Physics for the computations involved. I don't like it for the concepts of centers of gravity and such. And I certainly don't like it for its 100 minutes per day period.
The reason why I like Physics is because of Sir Rabuya's teaching style. He sees to it that we understand everything he is talking about, no matter how complex, or even inhuman they may seem. He cares for our schedule, he recognizes our efforts, he negotiates with us.
In my own opinion based on the 10 years of my educational life, there are only a few "Sir Rabuyas" I have come across with. Nothing personal. And if I may quote a line from this humble genius who can calculate trigonometric functions in a blink of an eye, "I'd rather teach in Ateneo and be with the down-to-earth faculty members, than be with wealthy politicians who earn money the unjust way." Watisdameaning!
